This program is designed to familiarize participants with the Alsace and its very particular regional identity. Located in the heart of the New Europe, between the « blue line » of the Vosges, formerly a border, and the Rhine, we will study the Alsace and its population, influenced by its turbulent history, especially French and German conflicts which have shaped the area, from border disputes during the Middle Ages to the Second World War.
