We will delve deep into the history, traditions, and culture of the 2 French provinces in which an exceptional gastronomy has emerged : Burgundy and Lyon. Here more than almost anywhere else in France, gastronomy plays a prominent role in the local culture and economy. You will meet farmers, cattle breeders, wine makers and cheese makers in there daily life. We will also discover the work of artisans and masters of gastronomy and learn the fundamentals of French cuisine, wine tasting, the harmony of wines and meal courses, and the rules of setting the table.
